Soul Sanctuary: Nude Yoga & Heart Circle
Join us for an evening of mindful connection and self-expression at Gamayuna Art Garage for Soul Sanctuary: Nude Yoga & Heart Circle. This unique experience is designed to foster self-acceptance, openness, and authentic connection in a warm, supportive environment.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through a series of practices that allow you to connect deeply with yourself and others. The event includes breathwork, a rejuvenating nude yoga flow, sound healing, an intimacy circle, heart-opening cacao and free-flow movement session. This sanctuary of connection and self-love is intended to help participants release inhibitions, practice self-acceptance, and share a meaningful experience with a like-minded community.
Event Schedule:
• Welcome and Intention Setting (7:00 PM - 7:15 PM)
Begin with setting personal intentions and creating a safe, respectful atmosphere.
• Breathwork Session (7:15 PM - 7:30 PM)
Connect with your breath, calm the mind, and prepare for the evening.
• Nude Yoga Flow (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM)
Enjoy a one-hour yoga session designed to encourage self-acceptance and body awareness.
• Break (8:30 PM - 8:45 PM)
Take a brief pause to hydrate and reset.
• Sound Healing (8:45 PM - 9:15 PM)
Relax into a sound healing session with soothing instruments to promote relaxation.
• Cacao and Free Flow Movement (9:15 PM - 9:45 PM)
Open your heart with cacao and express yourself through free movement.
• Break (9:45 PM - 10:00 PM)
A final break to reflect and reset before closing.
• Closing Intimacy Circle and Reflection (10:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Reflect on the evening, share final thoughts, and end in gratitude.
What to Bring:
• Bag for Personal Items & Clothes: A small bag to store personal belongings.
• Yoga Mat: Essential for comfort and support during the yoga practice.
• Towel: For personal use or to place on your mat.
• Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is important, so bring water to sip on throughout the evening.
• Comfortable Blanket or Shawl (optional): For extra warmth during moments of rest.
• Journal and Pen (optional): To jot down reflections or insights.
• Small Snack (optional): A light snack for after the event, in case you feel hungry.
• Essential Oils or Personal Aromatherapy (optional): Bring your favorite essential oil if desired.
Preparation:
• Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early: We ask that you arrive by 6:45 PM to settle in and be ready for the start of the event.
• Please Arrive Freshly Showered: For your comfort and to maintain a clean, welcoming space for everyone.
• Bring an Open Heart and Mind: Come prepared to engage fully and embrace the experience with respect for yourself and others.
Intended Purpose:
This event is designed for those who wish to deepen their self-connection, practice body positivity, and experience community in an open, respectful setting. We welcome participants of all levels, and no prior experience with nude yoga is required. Whether you’re seeking inner peace, self-love, or authentic connection, this evening offers a sanctuary to explore, release, and grow.
