Using acrylic paint, sculpting materials, and canvas, participants will create textured reliefs inspired by the sacred yoni, celebrating personal and collective femininity on canvas

 Opening Circle

  Discussion - meditation on Body Positivity & Releasing Shame

(20 mins)

Self-Adoration Practice:  silently, “I am beautiful. I honor my body and embrace its uniqueness.”

 Take a pic of your Yoni to reference for painting   (would have / offer a private space to accomplish this)
